Refund policy

Items must be returned within a 30 day window of receipt, unworn and undamaged with their original packaging. Customers are responsible for any loss in value if an item isn't returned in it's original condition.

Personalised and custom items are non returnable. We also do not accept cancellations or exchanges after an order has been placed. 

If returning an item within the UK we recommend using one of the tracked services on the Royal Mail website. They can collect and bring the parcel label for you on your chosen day.
