Delivery & Returns

Our bowties are made to order so while we do our best to ship the next working day our production time is on average 1-3 days with extended timeframes for custom and bulk orders. We ship Monday to Saturday. 

CHRISTMAS INFO- Please be aware that delays are always experienced around the holiday season and we urge you to shop in plenty of time. International can take up to 3 weeks in cases and UK 3-4 working days at peak Christmas time. Cut offs dates to follow soon. 

Delivery Cost and Time

For our UK customers shipping is free. Orders are sent via a Royal Mail service so once dispatched should be with you in 1-2 working days.

International customers can expect delivery to take between 7 and 14 working days via Royal mail tracked. This service is estimated and delivery can take longer at times. 


International orders may be subject to import taxes, these costs will vary from country to country and depend on the value of goods. Payment of these taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and can sometimes cause a small delay in the delivery process. We thank you for your patience.


We gladly accept returns of any unworn bowties within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange the return of your unwanted bowtie or items. We do not accept order cancellations. Please contact us via email with any issues or concerns you may have.

We can only accept the return of a bowtie/items that have not been worn or damaged in any way and kept in their packaged box within the timescale stated. We cannot accept the return of any personalised items.

Return costs are the responsibility of the sender. Please package and post items correctly and securely.  A full refund will be issued minus any original postal costs were applicable once we receive your return. Please allow a few working days for the refund to show on your account. Thank you.
