Delivery & Returns

Our items are made to order, so whilst we do our best to ship the next working day our production time is on average 1-3 working days. For bulk orders, personalised items and custom requests, we operate a 5-10 working day production time. 

DELIVERY SERVICE

UK- Tracked 48 service, 2-3 days. FREE

UK - Tracked 24 service 1-2 days. £3.95

INTERNATIONAL- Tracked approx. 7-14 working days. Prices are calculated at checkout by location. 

We ship Monday to Friday. 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

International orders may be subject to import taxes. These costs will vary from country to country and depend on the value of your goods. Payment of these taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and can sometimes cause a small delay in the delivery process. For our US customers this tariff is calculated at checkout and added to your order. 

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes items are not suitable. That's no problem at all. All we ask is that it adheres to our return policy Please follow the link to read our policy and start your return process.
